Seems to be good quality.
Works as expected. Water off to water flowing pressure differential is 20 psi.

Works great for my application
Although it is described as an RV pressure regulator, I repurposed it to provide low-pressure water to a hidden 2-gallon reservoir that is kept full by a small float value. (The reservoir is in the large turquoise pot on the extreme right in the photo showing the birdbath.) Water from that reservoir then provides very low-pressure water to a small birdbath at an adjustable rate, via a small valve, from a drip every few seconds to several per second as needed to keep it full during our summers. I have tried numerous ways that seemed to work at first, but the high heat of our summers and the high supply pressure resulted in various failures (geysers, floods, or a dry birdbath). The ability to dial down the pressure to under 15 PSI and provide that *constantly* makes this a much better option than the spring-based pressure regulators that should only be used once or twice a day (e.g., on a timer to provide water to a drip irrigation system). So far, everything is working and the doves, finches, quail, and others are loving it.

No more water issues
After experiencing several water issues in my camper due to high water pressure at certain campsites. I decided to purchase this one. I can actually see the pressure and set it where I want it and it holds great. I have had zero water leaks since I purchased this pressure regulator.

Quality is poor. Broke with about 30 days of light use.
Used this about 4 times last summer (2024) and it worked OK. Adjusting it to a specific level ( I like it around 40-45 PSI) and making it stick was a real challenge. I'd hook it up adjust to 45 or so, and come back later and its at 55. Then I re-adjust down, and then the water flow is very low and I'd check it later an it's at 20. So, this unit was hard to dial in. Now, this year I pulled the rig out of storage (BTW,the regulator was stored in the house, so it was not subject to cold temps), and we are on a Memorial day trip, and the oil that was in the gauge leaked out and the pressure needle has somehow found its way over to the wrong side of the rest pin just below the Zero mark (photos included) - I'm speculating that the spring inside broke. So now this gauge is useless. So, we got about 30 days total of use from it. It looks brand new, but is nothing more than a faucet attachment. This is the second one that did this. Move on and buy something else.

Isedul and needed RV product
Having a gage showing the water pressure and being able to adjust it with a knob is fantastic
