This is the best steamer by far. It’s easy to use and handle. Glides and cleans the floors. The mat is easy to put on, also pouring the water is much easier than others I tried. Does not leak. Love it, love i!

Machine is very straight forward to set up and swap out attachments, although I would have loved for the smaller attachments to have a swivel like the mop head attachment as well to make for easier mobility, but it was not breaking to the functionality of this system. I managed to test out on my couch and was amazed at the results after. I will be steam cleaning more around the house soon!

While it's no where near the powerful cleaning steam mop of my previous beloved Shark, it's also no where near the price. This steam mop works good and will get the basic job done. I got it because it had additional tools and the ability to use on other places that a plain steam mop just can't do. I haven't used it on other items yet, but I cleaned my floors yesterday and it did perform satisfactory in that area. It was a good purchase for the sale price I paid on Amazon.

It was super cheap plastic , I would end up breaking it. It also came with two missing microfiber and when you try to put the water it spills everywhere.

The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to love the "Steam Mop with Attachments" because the concept sounded so convenient, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations.Flimsy Build Quality: The mop feels cheaply made. The handle is wobbly, and the flip mechanism, while unique in theory, doesn’t feel durable enough for regular use. It gives the impression that it could break at any moment.Disappointing Steam Output: The steam production is underwhelming. It’s barely strong enough to clean stubborn spots, especially on tiles and has cooktop. I found myself scrubbing manually afterward to get the job done.Attachments Lack Practicality: While the additional attachments seem useful on paper, they’re not well-designed. They either don’t fit securely or don’t add much value to the cleaning process. Like the small brush worn out after couple of uses and got twisted.Limited Versatility: This mop claims to work well on wood floors and tiles, but I found it struggled on both surfaces. It left streaks on my hardwood and barely cleaned the grout on my tile.Not Worth the Price: For what this steam mop delivers, I don’t think it justifies the cost. There are better options out there for similar price range or little bit more but they may work better.Overall, it’s a disappointing product that feels more like a gimmick than a reliable cleaning tool. It may work for light, occasional cleaning, but it’s not effective for heavy-duty or everyday use.I'm giving 2 stars for the price and light cleaning which it is able to do.
