Great
Great value for money. Very durable. Great fit and didn't fall out. Hard to notice.

Works good, it's comfy, file it before you put it in-can't tell it's there!
After being at my job for nearly 11 years-I was hired with my micro nose piercing in, always looked like a glitter sparkle, one of the supervisors in the office said to me, "It was reported to me that you have a nose piercing in today. Per the attached policy, the only piercings allowed are in the ear. Please remove or cover your nose piercing," and she attached the dress code policies and procedures.I let her know that I've never taken it out, it's always been there, it's so tiny that it looks like a tiny spot of glitter-she stated that if someone can see it then it should be covered or removed. I bought these. Before you place one of these in your nose please file the end that goes in your hole, the plastic was snagged and jagged, not sure why, but I filed it down and smoothed it with my nail file before I cleaned it with alcohol and put it in my nose. So far so good, you have to get really close to see it, it may look like a skin spot or something, doesn't look like a piercing. It's very comfy and it has not come out, I know some people may lose these in their sleep because you rub your nose, but I have never had an issue with a piercing of this shape, it's hypo allergenic and does what it should. I am only disappointed in the supervisor that hasn't paid attention for over ten years. If you are worried at all put a dab of make up on it, like concealer or cover up, powder after, and there you go!

GREAT Choice To Finesse Your Job’s Dress Code Policy
These spacers are incredible 🤩 they’re very transparent as opposed to the foggy/opaque white color that some other spacers are so they’re very easy to to blend in with a lot of shades of skin. I work for a company that is very strict about presentation and upholding their idea of a professional look, these spacers have allowed me to get past the dress code without any trouble as they haven’t even noticed I have a nose piercing! My only critiques are that 1.) the “ball” at the end of the spacer is a little large when it first comes so I actually trimmed a lot of it off (enough that it won’t stick out of my nose but will still hold its place if that makes sense) and 2.) the “L” stick is a little shorter than most nose piercings so it makes it a little more difficult to put in than the average “L” nose stud.

Worked for surgery
I had surgery today so needed to review jewelry, so I purchased these, the tips are sharp so I had to cut off the right tips to put it in. Otherwise it did the job

Work as expected
They bend fairly easy but they are made of plastic so I kinda expected that. I have to wear these at work because I can’t have piercings so these do the trick for a couple hours

Really short
Got my nose pierced 2 months ago and I change the jewelry the same day i got it done, I got a glass retainer in and it heal perfectly fine with it (change it do to work policy) after a month I decided to wear my 14k jewelry and end up losing the glass one so I decided to give this ones a try. When I was taking the 14k out I hurt my self and got my nose swollen so this retainer is now to short for my piercing. I think they should made this one a little bit longer but other than that it works fine .

***UPDATED POST*** PRODUCT IS NO LONGER LOW PROFILE
***UPDATED REVIEW***These WERE amazing, but the product has changed. I was so impressed with them the first time around that I wanted to order some more. Much to my disappointment, these are a completely different product being sold under the same listing. The post is fine, but the stud is much thicker and no longer sits flush to the nose. See the pic for reference. The original product is on the bottom and the new ones I just received are on the top. Not cool. Will likely return.Original post:Exactly what I needed to "hide" my piercing for nursing school. Easy to put in and stays in place (for the most part - I did lose one while blowing my nose, lol). It's low-profile (has a disk on the end, not a ball) so the appearance is very discrete, which is exactly what I was looking for. Some others mentioned "rough edges" that they had to file. There are a few minor seams in the material where you can tell the composite was fused together, but none of mine had enough of a ridge that prevented me from using them, or required any filing. As a side note, my piercing was originally done as a 16 or an 18, so 20g jewelry fits very comfortably.

Good substitute
They can fall out easily if they are snagged on something (tissue, shirt, blanket) but they serve their purpose.I got mine because I have to get annual MRI’s and can’t have any metal on my person during the MRI.You’re likely thinking, “I don’t need that many though.” I had the same thought, but they are clear and if they fall out or you drop one, it’s not easy to find, so then you’ll have plenty of spares.
