not direct fit
I installed it today it looks like its made well but not a direct fit i have a 2007 Nissan Xterra needed to trim side brackets with grinder to get the to fit .also the holes for the fan shroud are to small they also need to be drilled out .and one of the upper brackets needed to be trimmed with grinder and the bolts that hold shroud are different thread .

Decent fit
Sits a little high and you might have to trim the electric fan's legs so that it sits properly.
