Excellent product, and everything I was expecting.
While a bit more expensive than other similar products on Amazon, this is worth every penny. I'd bought an expensive webcam for video conferencing (Logitech Brio) but still didn't look great during calls at work. I have a window behind my seat, and it messed with the auto-brightness features on Google Meet and Zoom. Being able to control the amount of light on my face has made a dramatic difference and allows the webcam's resolution to really shine. There's a few color temperatures to choose from, and the brightness increments are more than suitable. There's also some nice little touches like clips and bands for cable management. Very happy with my purchase.

Best lighting.
Best lighting I have used, and I have tried many. I have a 27" wide screen display and it fits fine with no sign of short wires. That criticism is in some previous reviews but apparently is no longer an issue. I use my video every day for work and this has been an amazing addition.

Great light with accurate color, short cord and no USB-A
I love the lighting this provides and the adjustable color temperature. It works well with virtual meetings. My main complaint is the length of the connecting cord. It just isn't long enough for larger monitors. It likely will work well with 24-inch monitors or smaller but not so well with 27-inch monitors. My package was missing the USB-C to USB-A adapter, which posed no real problem as my power block has several C and A outlets. It would be great to have a remote control for the light as I have for my desk light as the inline control is inconvenient behind the monitor because that is where my power block is located.Suggestion for a new light - Have a 90-degree downward lamp to light up the desk with a switch that is independent of the video light on/off and color temperature. This could replace the bulky desk lamp that I have hovering over my monitors!Overall, I'd recommend this light for 24-inch monitors or less but not for larger monitors.

Decent but not what I expected for the price.
This is not a bad setup, but for the price, I am a bit disappointed. The following are some of the things I was most disappointed with:1.) The front prongs are short, which makes it a bit difficult to maintain a good position of the lights on top of the monitor. Another 1/8 inch would be helpful, and 1/4 inch would be great.2.) The cords are very short. This goes for both the control and light connecting cords. This caused me to purchase a set of audio cords that were male on one end and female on the other.3.) I would have hoped the lights to be brighter when on full. They are not bad, but less bright than some other products.Again, it is not a bad product. However, I am disappointed with the product received for the price and the need to purchase extension connectors.

This is Your Light for Video Conferencing!
Third time was a charm with this lighting! I've tried two other lights for my video conferences which can be at all hours of the day. I need BRIGHT light during the daytime because I sit in front of windows, so my background is often blown out resulting in my face being in the dark when the lights can't compensate for the over-exposed background. So far, these lights are doing the job. I think having two that are lighting up my face are making the difference. While they were pricy compared to others, I've thrown away more than these cost getting something that works. Also, they don't have an awkward tripod which doesn't work well with my set up; I did tape them to the back of my monitor to assure stability. Another great feature is that there is a switch in the cord which is easy to reach, rather than being on the light itself. Color and temperature adjustments can be made without fumbling with a light perched on a tripod. Definitely a winner.

Not for me: not great in variable lighting situations
Put this product to the ultimate test as a fully remote worker. Tried it for as long as my refund window would allow before I made the ultimate decision to...... return.I'm thankful to live in a home that gets some sort of sunlight all day which means the light in my office (primarily sourced from the window) changes greatly throughout my workday. Around 1:30/2, this lighting setup wasn't really able to keep up, and I found myself turning on the ceiling lights just to help it out.I can't quite put my finger on what exactly makes this product not great, but I know a few things (for myself) to be true:1. I only looked flattering in the morning with a lot of direct sunlight + this light to give me a glow. Otherwise, I hated how I looked with the light on no matter what color temperature or brightness I used. Sometimes I would opt to just turn it off altogether mid-meeting because of how the light meshed with my (very light) skintone.2. There was times when I looked very pink, and times I looked more yellow.... with the same color temperature setting on! I spent more time having to adjust for every single meeting that I just found the whole product so cumbersome to use.3. The lights are stable once mounted, and I realllly love the remote option because it helps to make sure they don't get knocked out of place. Makes it easy to easily turn on and off inbetween meetings, and to make you look better. (Which is all I felt like I did...)4. I found the lights oddly harsh, even at lower settings, and contributed to a lot of eye fatigue for me. I wear blue light glasses when I work, and still, by the end of the day where I was in back-to-back meetings (which meant using this product all day long), my eyes felt exhausted and strained.5. Although it doesn't tout that it does, I just want to emphasize that this is not friendly to complexions that are not perfect. There's some products out there that have a blurring/soft focus effect which is what I ultimately changed too. If I have to stare at myself for hours on end, I don't want to feel self-conscious.This is probably an OK option for people with more stable lighting in the room, or who will use it sparingly. Would not recommend for someone who relies on natural light throughout the day, or is on webcam lots and lots. (I ended up getting a light meant for video game streamers with a soft focus setting and found it to be a better fit for my needs.)
