Works great. Super easy setup.
This unit was one of the lower priced one's on Amazon, but it works perfectly, and was as simple as could be to setup. Wi-Fi has decent range and strong signal. I use T-Mobile as the provider, and that was also easy to setup. Get you SIM card, and in 10 minutes you're online and cruising the net. Haven't used their customer support, hence no rating on that. Would buy again, and am recommending to friends.

Do not buy.
Didn't work with my AT&T sim card. It says connected but no internet access. I was able to log into the router and change the APN to match the one in AT&T phone. Then It says limited access but no Network access and kept connecting and disconnecting. So I took my sim card out. Then I looked at my laptop monitor and it was connecting and said connected but no internet access. HOW? MY SIM CARD WAS OUT OF THE ROUTER. Too much configuration just for it to work. And mines still didn't work. Im sending it back

Got it working with Verizon nano SIM in US location
I have a Verizon Jetpack with a battery that was causing me problems, so I wanted a 4G router that plugged into 120v and did not have a battery. After trying a few that did not work, I was able to get this one working with my Verizon SIM. Make sure you use 'vzwinternet' as the APN name, that was the key. Only been running a day but so far so good.

This works well once you can get it programmed The instruction are awful and not helpful at all. There is no tech support. tool us a couple weeks to get enough help for computer programs and AT&T to get it to work Now that is set up it work great would not recomend this to anyone

Bricked in less than 90 Days. No good.
Out of the blue the modem stopped working. Reset button on the bottom does nothing. No WiFi Signal, no LAN signal, no WAN signal. Since it does not connect to a computer either via WiFi or wired, no way to go into dashboard. Do not waste your money on this junk.
