Been using these trash cans for years. They are so convenient and easy to use. I’d recommend them to everyone. They are so helpful in the kitchen when your hands are full or wet. Once you use a touch less there is no going back to any other trash can!

This trash can is just that, TRASH!!! It didn't even last 1 year. The mechanics on it went out. The lid didn't go all the way up. Sometimes it slammed shut. I didn't think much of it at first, because it really didn't happen that often. Then it opened really slow 🦥. Now 9 months, it totally gives out. This is why I always wait a year to make a review. Now, I tried resetting it, unsuccessfully. I reached out to customer service & explained the situation. They informed me that I had to do the same resetting steps that I did, well, I did that too, twice. They informed me that now they will send out a replacement lid as it was well within the 1 year warranty, correct? Now, I know what you're thinking, yes, replacement.....this is where the kicker comes in, I get an email stating that I have to PAY AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE!!!! LIKE WHAT??!! Never in my LIFE have I had to pay an administrative fee for a company's product that is defective. What the hey hey🤬.....a million dollar company and I have to pay an administrative fee for them to send me a replacement lid???!!! Who does that?!?! This is NOT a company that values it's customers. Why am I paying ANYTHING??? My smaller touchless can from QVC lasted longer than this can. Additionally, in had to PAY EXTRA for an ac adapter! Why?!?! The piece to hold the garbage bag in place did not directly fit. They didn't even provide garbage bags, one had to buy them separately. It seems all this company is about, it MONEY 💰, NOT a quality product. It's not worth your time or hassle! A Simple Human would've fared better... Don't buy this product, you'll be paying for everything!!!!!

This trash can is the best! The only thing that could be better about it is if it emptied itself!
