Strait forward small rack.
Does what it says on the tin. Only warning is if you want to wall mount it in a house you will need to make an adapter as the included wall mounting bracket doesn't fit US stud width. I just screwed a 2X4 into the wall and mounted the bracket to that.

Built like a tank! Very good quality.
This is a strong and sturdy network rack. It's built like a tank, and it needs to be. I'm sure glad it's on wheels. You can supposedly mount it on the wall, but once all my gear is in it, I'm guessing it's pushing 130 pounds, which is its recommended weight limit. The rack and UPS (a Cyberpower CP1500PFCRM2U) alone are 61 and 32 pounds respectively. The 450mm depth is generally sized for network gear. Stereo gear will probably require the deeper 600mm unit. The included fans are indeed loud, so I replaced them with two of these fans:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CZRKTBZThe fan noise is now much softer and quieter. The rack is located in a closet and you don't notice the fans running. In fact, since the rack doesn't generate a lot of heat anyways, I decided to leave the fans switched off except on very hot days.In the rack, I have a Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro, a Synology DS412+ NAS, a 24-port rack-mount patch panel, the rack-mount UPS, 2 ethernet switches, a nice ADJ Pow-R Bar with illuminated indicators, and a Navepoint 2U Drawer to store manuals, spare patch cables, hardware, etc. My rack is about 70% full, with room for a few more items should the need arise. Did I mention that I'm sure glad it's on wheels?Don't assemble the side and back panels, or the front door, until you've installed all of your equipment. Trust me - you'll be moving stuff around before you're happy with it. To initially install your equipment, lay the rack on its back and drop the items in from above. This lets you visualize and determine where everything needs to go, and to place all the caged-nuts in the proper locations on the brackets. By the way, buy yourself some extra M6 caged nuts, and screws:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09S3B7YKF.As for the assembly process - I'm sure glad it's over. It was a long, tedious process. Many times I would misposition something and have to take it back apart and do it again. Shelves or brackets wouldn't line up and it was because I had miscounted the bracket-holes and mounted items incorrectly. Nothing wrong with the product, and the instructions were simple enough - it was just my senior eyes not seeing what I should have been seeing. I've assembled, disassembled, and repaired automotive engines, countless kid's toys, grandkid's toys, household appliances, webstore furniture; you name it, I've probably assembled it, so I actually looked forward to assembling this rack, and I'm glad I did it; but let me warn you, this is the king of erector sets! You might want to entice some mechanically-inclined young'n to assemble this for you. No mistakes, 4 hours. Lots of mistakes, 2 days and a new vocabulary of curse words. OCD for details (my problem) - a week, with some weight-loss.

Well built, almost perfect cabinet
I bought this cabinet to house audio equipment in neat and tidy fashion at the front of a church. It works extremely well for that purpose and I highly recommend it. The aesthetic of the all black and glass door is very well done. The cabinet is sturdy and well built. Assembly is straightforward, and you have plenty of flexibility with rack depth. Unlike some similar cabinets I've used, you get the full 18u of capacity, and don't lose even a partial RU to construction space. The vertical rails are designed well, they are marked front and back, and use square holes that accept standard M6 cage nuts. The cage nuts and screws that come with the cabinet are good quality, and it was clever to use them as part of the assembly for the vertical rails onto the horizontal spacing rail. Not many cabinets do that. It was a little difficult to get my hands into the space to put the cage nuts in that hold the vertical rails to the horizontal top and bottom rail, but once the cage nut is in screwing things together was easy enough. My cabinet was slightly out of 'z' as it appears the frame was just a tiny bit bent in shipping, but I didn't notice it until I had equipment going in. I straightened out the vertical with a few taps of a mallet and got it close enough all my gear went in without a hitch. There are some flaws in this cabinet's design that keep it from being a 5 star for me.1. The casters do not lock. When working with gear one of the worst things that you can have happen is your rack/cabinet move, and without locking casters I did have that happen when racking my 70v PA unit. The front casters should have locks on them, and I'm considering replacing them so I don't have future problems.2. The rear panel screws into place and doesn't release like the side panels. This is a HUGE miss, IMO. NavePoint has tried to answer two market needs with one cabinet, and I'm afraid neither one is a home run because of it. Since the cabinet is theoretically wall mountable, it doesn't make sense from an Engineering perspective to provide the rear panel with quick removal capabilities. The problem with that thinking is I wouldn't hang this on a wall with anywhere near 18u worth of gear with the mounting system in play, and if I'm putting wheels on it, I clearly need to be able to get to at least the front and back for mounting gear and running cables. It would be MUCH better if there was a model of this cabinet that is not wall-mountable and comes with an easy release rear locking panel, and one that is wall-mountable with a sturdier, top and bottom mounting plate design. Or just make the rear panel quick release to give those of us that aren't wall mounting it flexibility.3. The fans on this thing are LOUD. 80db loud. Don't get me wrong, they're good fans with an AC power connector, but there is no speed control on them, and they push a lot of air. I had to replace them with something else. They are 120mm fans, and thanks to NavePoint for the quick reply when I asked about them prior to purchase so I was able to buy a thermostatically controlled, variable speed and near silent fan solution to replace the stock fans with. Any kind of speed control on these, even just a 3 step switch would probably improve this situation and make the stock fans usable where you don't want them heard.4. The door is designed to be mounted on either the left or right, but the graphics aren't put in both places -- if you have to mount it on the left side, the branding is upside down. Not a functional problem, it just looks kind of tacky and doesn't represent NavePoint in the best fashion.5. The wire management holes are either covered or not. These cabinets should have a bristled dust blocking cap or grommet as an option. I fashioned something out of nylon bristled door sweeps so that I can run cables into the top and control at least some dust entry and sound, but at this price point and this quality level, it felt like a miss for me.All in all, I really like this cabinet a lot. I have a ton of experience with server racks in datacenters, and for its ease of assembly, flexibility and overall aesthetic, it is a real winner over a lot of more expensive equipment cabinets I've worked with.
