big!
i got this to replace the pressure gauge on my rv pressure regulator that got exposed to a freeze and got messed up. it's a teensy bit bigger than the one it came with, but it seems to work just fine. readable and has kilopascals which is super nice!EDIT: i think my only qualm with this gauge was that the 100psi version would be better suited to my needs, but it was double the price of this 160psi gauge so i got it instead.ONE YEAR ISH LATER EDIT: gauge still going strong thru the dead cold of winter with some -18c nights thrown in there. i have my heated hose's element wrapped around the bottom of the gauge. seems to be all she needs to say warm :)i love this gauge so much i bought another to go on my water pump since i was redoing it and i figured knowing the exact pressure was better than just saying "oh it turns off at 60 psi". look at this!!! it's perfect on there 💙now i also have a way to make sure the gauge outside isn't haywire when on city water. can just open my side compartment and have a look-see no matter where my water is coming from.also for some reason the 160 psi gauge is still cheaper lol. oh well

Suitable for harsh environments
I installed this at my house in Hawaii which is a very corrosive environment with high humidity and salt air. The cheap gauge that this replaced was completely eaten away with rust. It's mounted outside in a 3/4" brass tee and I used a stainless steel 1/4" female x 3/4" male bushing (from Amazon) that was perfect. The gauge is elegant, durable, and worth every penny.

Super high quality & accurate - couldn't be better!
The PFQ-LF series is a phenomenal gauge that has Lead Free (LF) brass. Perfect for drinking water systems.Threads are clean and super quality.Always remember to puncture the top seal on the gauge after final installation in order to vent (it ensures accuracy).Note that there was one slight issue & that was the gauge I initially received was from the standard PFQ series (not lead free, but otherwise the exact same gauge). Point being, double check upon receipt.

Well built pressure gauge with one, small issue
I used this gauge to replace a broken/failed gauge on a RV pressure reducer. The only complaint I have is that Winters used brass for some of the parts. I would have strongly preferred 100% stainless steel. Our new BluTech pressure reducer is 100% stainless steel, including the pressure gauge so, although I'd like to move this one over to the new pressure reducer, I won't due to the brass used in the lower portion of the gauge.

Not very durable
just installed work for one week and the plug on top blew off. I’m just outside my window of being able to return it.

Very accurate gauge
The pressure in our well pump system was questionable until I realized that the big box store gauge (~$10) was fluctuating. After installing this new Winters gauge, I saw the pressure was very steady and consistent. No problems with our centrifugal pump, just an inaccurate old gauge. The old gauge measured with an inaccuracy of 7%, which caused our pressure questions. This new gauge with an accuracy of 1.5% is awesome. Most definitely worth the extra money for the better gauge.

Outstanding Line Of Gauges.
My water system is set at 34 to 54 psi and the standard Chinese made small face0 to 100 psi gauges are difficult to see an exact reading. It’s important to have the pressure tank set exactly 2 psi under the cut in. With this big 2.5 inch face and full pound graduations getting an exact reading is easy and precise. I’m 58 years old and I’ve used winters gauges exclusively for most of my life. I’ve never had a failure. I use them on my shop compressed air system and my 3800psi pressure washer. If you go to their web site they have a detailed list for every conceivable application, bottom/top mount dry & Liquid filled , plastic stainless & brass case and every range of pressure. They even have a full line of 4 inch giant face gauges available.Highly recommend.I’m in no way associated with this or any product or seller.I’ve never accepted anything in return for my review.

Works well on our house main water line
I have two of these installed on our house main water line in our basement. One is installed just upstream of a water pressure regulator, and the other installed just downstream of the regulator. The two gauges both respond as expected when the water is flowing, and match very closely with each other when there is no water flow. No leaks or issues of any kind with either unit. Recommended!
