Corflex Knee-O-Trakker - Large - Item number 88-7235

I had knee surgery In October and was Complete non weight bearing for 6 weeks. The atrophy made my patella track improperly. My PT gave me this brace to help with my rehab and it makes a ton of difference. It stabilizes my patella and also gives support in the popliteal fossa (Behind the knee) where I needed it. My rehab has progressed much faster because of this brace! I like it so much I ordered a couple of backups off Amazon.

The Corflex Knee-O-Trakker is excellent. The Therapy Connection, however, leaves a lot to be desired. There was no real way to determine what size to purchase. The only comment that was available stated that the product tends to losen up and that person was sorry he hadn't puchased a smaller size. I went by another Corflex Knee product to help determine the size and came up with an XL. Going be the comment on Amazon I ordered the product in a Large believing that it would expand in time. When the product arrived I tried it on. There was no way a Large was going to fit me. I could barely get it over the knee.I called the company in Windham, N.H. after reading the return policy. I talked with a customer service person and explained my dilemma. She told me she would email me a return number (which she did). I had to pay shipping back to the company ($7.75).In the meantime I ordered another Corflex Knee-O-Trakker from the Therapy Connection. This time in the correct size. It is a great product. I've had many knee braces, however, for my problem (patella), this is the lightest product which gives me the best support.In a week I received an email from the Therapy Connection informing me that they could NOT give a refund due to the fact that I had tried it on. They stated that they could not resell it. I asked why did they tell me to mail it back to them ? He could not give me an answer except to say that was the company policy. He then asked if I wanted them to mail it back to me at my cost ??? Excuse me?I have used other Corflex products (wrist/thumb braces) for many years and they are terrific. I also purchased them through The Therapy Connection before. However, if that's the best they can do for customer service, I doubt I will use them again.

So far I like it. In combination with taping the knee, I think it really helps. My physical therapist measured me and recommended this particular knee brace. The only downside thus far is that it gets uncomfortable after a few hours of wear. My PT says it is probably because I am bending my knee last 90 degrees, and she doesn’t recommend that anyways. I guess I’ll work on that. Overall, a good purchase.

Best brace for my knee issues. Very comfortable. It effectively isolated my knee cap to prevent pain.

Straps are toooo short . Would recommend that they extend the straps. Got one from orthopedic dr. And fits totally different than these same brand Corflex

Great for sore knees.
