Adcraft BDPM-20 Gear Driven 20-Quart Planetary Mixer with Safety Guard, 12 Hub, Stainless Steel, 120v, Black

I purchased this mixer a couple years ago for my small business.The order and delivery process went well.My issue is really with the after sales service.Within the first few months the handles on the bowl broke off. We had to get it repaired by a specialist welder. In February the Beater attachment broke. Replacement parts are not available on Amazon. So I placed an order with Admiral Craft Equipment Corp, for a replacement on February 19th. Its now July and the eta has changed 4 times since February and is now six months after the order was placed. Not to mention they charged my credit card over $200 in February knowing they did not have the attachment in stock. I asked for the funds to be returned until they can deliver the item and was referred to "Accounting". I am now trying to reach their Accounting Department where it seems ALL their agents are always busy.I will update this review if my issue is ever resolved.

I was gifted this mixer in the fall of 2019. Used it for Christmas baking and then Covid hit, well for the remainder of 2020 and half of 2021 I maybe used it 5 times. When it stopped working in the middle of 2021 the company said I was past my year warranty and would not help. In normal times I could understand being past warranty but I only used it 6 times! Cannot get a commercial repair company to come to my residential home and I cannot get this heavy machine to a repair shop.
