Do not buy this product. I received this product on Sunday and used it at 6.30 this morning. This is my almost 5 hours later. You should NOT apply ice directly to your face - I did not know this and the instructions insists that this is safe and actually good for you.

Yet have to use it but seems good. Even thou it is inside the package it has some marks on it as it if has been opened before and placed inside again. I'll update after using it

I got this originally to help with really painful and red hormonal acne. It certainly helps reduce the swelling and the painfulness.This is easy to fill at the sink. Make sure you stand it up in the freezer, otherwise there is a chance it could leak and then stick to the freezer draw.I use this in the morning after cleansing with a damp flannel for about 2-3 minutes in small circular motions.I've seen previously that people struggle to get the top off. I fill the sink 1/2 full with warm water and leave it in there while I brush my hair. Once it's been in there for about a minute, I run a finger tip around the seal and gently ease it off.I've enjoyed using this and I've definitely noticed a lessening of the pain in my acne break outs and also morning puffiness. However this puffiness does return every morning, it's not a long term cure for that.Also it feels great in summer.

I cannot recommend the glow cube enough. I bought it to do regular facial ice rolling to prevent the signs of ageing. I am 41 and have been told by numerous people in recent weeks that I look aged 25. I don't buy any expensive face creams or even expensive makeup so I firmly believe all the compliments are down to the glow cube. Not only is it amazing for facial rolling but I have started to use it when I get my dreaded migraines. In the past the only thing that worked was prescription medication such is ibuprofen but on 3 occasions I have made my migraine disappear after literally minutes. It is absolutely amazing! But wait, there's more!!! I suffer with endometriosis and severe pms symptoms so I get chronic ovary pains at times and also very painful swollen breasts before my period. I have used the glow cube on my tummy to ease the ovary pains and yet again within 3/4 minutes the debilitating pains have disappeared. This week I found myselfNeeding to wear a bra 2 sizes bigger than normal due to pms breast swelling. I was in so much pain I couldn't stop complaining so my boyfriend suggested using the glow cube...well low and behold....yet again...within minutes my breasts had reduced back down to almost their normal size and the pain had completely disappeared!!! I recommend all women buy the glow cube. Best money spent in years!!!!
