Absorption is a no
SOD must either have a special delivery system such as Source Naturals SOD Powder with the delivery system that begins with “g”, or enteric coated, or another system by TetraSOD (another brand. This brand will disintegrate in the stomach due to the stomach acid - did my research after the fact. I purchased a different brand. Did research in chatGPT.
