My cat seems to like it. I put it in refillable toys. My cat started sneezing when I took it straight out the container. I store it in a zip-lock bag in my fridge. I heard it last longer.

Winter is a hard season for my cats; they adore fresh nip. But, we unfortunately get snow here. This helps. I can squish it onto toys or a little plate so they can eat it. I do suggest rehoming it into something you can press the air out of. I also suggest crushing before use or giving it to kitty; I’ve encountered some sharper pieces. However, this is not an issue for me as I would be crushing it anyway, as it’s the smelling of the oil that makes them high.

Have purchased bulk catnip in the past to make cat toys for our local animal shelter. The cut of this catnip is perfect in that there are no sticks- just cut leaves and it is very potent. This is very reasonably priced compared to pet store prices and so much more fresh.
