This product does what it claims to do. My knees were too painful to walk and made sleep almost impossible. Research led me to this product as well as Type II collagen powder. Capsules are large but somewhat easy to swallow. Recommended dose is 4 capsules. Caused upset stomach, couldn't take them. It may not happen for someone with a stronger stomach.
