Thjs was the perfect solution to a lighting issue we had at my home. The plug for our lights was too high to reach and there was no on/off switch controlling the outlet. It was easy to set up. The instructions were simple and clear. After about 6 months and several power outages in the neighborhood (coincidence?) the unit was no longer paired to the remote. I emailed the company on a Saturday. They responded the next business day and provided me with the PDF instruction sheet to see if I could get it working. I could not. In a subsequent email they looked at possible alternative solutions. I tried again but was unable to get it working. With that they said they would send me a new unit, no charge. Throughout my time messing with the thing they were empathetic and stayed in touch. As I told them, reputations are earned not when things are going well but when people do all they can to make things right when they are not. I am impressed.

I got this device before for the tall standing light that has a on and off switch on the cord that I can’t easily reach so I connected with this device, that way the remote switch is right next to me. This time I got it for outdoor backyard lighting so I can turn on and off from inside the house. It’s a great device that not many people know about but sooo convenient and super easy to set up!

Order came with batteries and remotes for both plugs. Easily plugged in and remote works great. Now we can just turn lights on from inside the house. The second one will be great for the Christmas lights, not having to go outside all the time to turn them on or off. Will purchase again if needed.

This small unit allows me to use it's remote to turn on and off my decorative electric lights so I don't have to plug and unplug all the time.

I really like this device. I use it to turn my outdoor fountain on/off. But, for some strange reason, the fountain turns itself on every night, and I have to turn it off by the remote every morning. I can't figure that out.

Have only been using it for just about a month but so far it suits my needs perfectly. Was easy to set up and is easy to operate. The only thing to note is that the remote is pretty sensitive (i.e. I had it in my pocket and it activated without me realizing it).

Great value. I’m on my 2nd one. Last about 4 years, but the price point is right to replace it as needed. I use it to run a wood shop vac which is probably more than this is intended to do.

Works as advertised. Saves me lots of time turning on and off my dust collection system in the shop.
