I really love my fan/light. It was reasonably priced, delivered quickly and arrived un damaged. It was easy to assemble and my son in law had no trouble with installing it. The fan function is great, it is quiet and really moves air well. The retractable blades are a nice feature, it definitely makes the unit more attractive when its off. I like the Bluetooth speaker and use it daily. My grandkids love the color change lights. I only have one issue and that is that the app never worked with the light, but that was a function that I really didnt need anyway. After writing this review I deleted and then reinstalled the app and it “mostly” works. The light functions work great, and has preset and customizable options. And you can turn the light off and just have music. The equalizer quality is limited simply because it is Bluetooth, but you can make a few adjustments. The music select function does not seem to work, but I generally use a personalized playlist anyway.

This fandelier has been perfect. Looks great, runs smoothly, and the light is as bright as you would ever want it to be (while still being adjustable). The music player is a plus and sounds better than you might expect. The light show may never be used, but it sure is cool. Service from this seller was superb. I did not install the fandelier, but our electrician found it to be as easy as any other he had done -- perhaps taking just a bit longer. Thanks!

I’ve had this fan a month and a half now, it does have an app and comes with a remote. The remote only controls power on and off for the light. Power on, off, speed, direction and timer for the fan. The app doesn’t control the fan at all, the app does control all the different light color settings and options as well as an option to play music though that doesn’t work really. To play music you just need to connect your phone to your fan like a Bluetooth option and then use whatever music streaming service to play music. Took me a while to figure that out.I bought the fan June 17 I believe and last night, July 22 my remote stopped working so now I no longer have the availability to use my fan at all. I’m gonna try and buy a universal fan remote to see if that works, wish me luck.Update: I was able to communicate with someone from the company I bought the fan from and they sent me a new remote and receiver box. I replaced the receiver box and everything works perfectly fine. The person I spoke with was really helpful and I would absolutely buy this again. I don’t know what it is about this fan. I just like it. I’m glad we were able to get it all working again.

This fan/light/speaker is AMAZING! Here are some of my favorite features:The fan is so powerful and whisper quiet!The lights are amazing - all of the different white lights alone are perfect for getting the light in my office just right.The Bluetooth speaker sounds great! The volume range is great and the sound quality is much better than I expected.The color light functions are so fun! Setting it to react to the music is a whole vibe.Now let me talk about the installation. I have a buddy that is amazing and installed the fan while I held the flashlight. I wouldn’t have attempted this myself because although I’m clever enough to figure out most things - my house is old and had some weird wiring issues. My friend has done electrical work in the past though and he had the whole thing done in about 2 hours. Perhaps in a newer house the install would be easier? I don’t know. I didn’t want to become a crispy critter though so I would have hired an electrician if I hadn’t had a friend to turn to.Overall I give this fan a 9.5/10. The only thing that would have made it better is if the remote control could cover all the functions on the phone app as well. It just controls the power and the fan - none of the light or sound functions.If you are thinking about a funky fan flip like I was - I definitely say GO FOR IT!!

The media could not be loaded. Its only been a month the remote stop working and without the remote the fan can not be operated. Only option was to return the product..can't even replace the remote. So I have to pay someone to come take it down then pay someone to put the new one up..seller hard to get a hold to and Amazon was very rude.ive change batteries 4x

The media could not be loaded. We were very excited to get our fan and when we received it we were quite disappointed as the box was damaged as well as parts of the fan were damaged. It looked as though the fan was previously opened and repackaged. We submitted a return through Amazon and contacted the seller. After messaging with Lisa who was extremely helpful, we were able to get our refund and they replaced the fan at no cost to us. We installed our fan and are very excited to use it. We are very pleased with how easy it was to put together and install. There was a QR code to use to help with installation which also made it much easier. We love how it looks in our room and the ease of being able to utilize a remote control. The speed of the fan on low is already much faster than our original fan which is phenomenal. Thank you to Lisa for all of your help! We would definitely recommend this fan.

It has 6 fan speeds and an extra fan setting called "wind" where the fan oscillates between the fan speeds as if it were outside wind, it's AMAZING! For the lights, you can select between cool-warm white light and if you're in the mood for a fun color, you can choose any color from the color wheel. AND if all that wasn't enough, it has a Bluetooth speaker (which surprisingly can get SUPER loud) and you can play music from any app on your phone!! The first fan I received had a damaged piece but I got in touch with Nikita at the customer service department and she was the most helpful customer service agent I have ever encountered in my whole life. She arranged to send me a brand new fan!! This item is so easy to put up that I did it myself both times! If you're on the fence about this item, this is your sign to BUY IT!!
