Simple replacement
I was quoted close to $800 to replace this damper by our HVAC company. $200 for the part and it’s a simple install.

Do it yourself!!!!!
I did (what I was quoted) $2500-3000 worth of work, for about $600. Zoning was super easy...and my house is far more comfortable. Just read the instruction manual for the zone controller...it isn't complicated.
