This Nathan James Enloe accent cabinet is a great addition to my living room. The mix of rustic pine, white doors, and gold base gives it a lovely modern farmhouse look. It offers good storage space and feels sturdy as a freestanding piece. It was also relatively easy to assemble. Looks fantastic and is practical too!

I recently ordered this cabinet for our office, and we received two of the same doors, so I contacted Amazon since it was ordered through them. They wanted us to disassemble the entire cabinet and send it back which was out of the question. I then noticed in the back of the instruction manual that you could contact Nathan James directly, so I did and after sending them a little information I had a brand-new cabinet on its way plus I was able to keep the other one. I would highly recommend this company, there customer service is unmatched!

I was so happy to learn this furniture dealer distributes through Amazon. I ordered a set of 3 to make a media stand under my wall-mounted big screen TV. All three arrived in perfect condition. The instructions were super easy to follow and even included a trouble-shooting guide for leveling the cabinet doors, which I was able to use on another piece I already had! The furniture is so cheery and pretty as well as good quality. I'm incredibly pleased and would not hesitate to buy more from Nathan James.

I didn't want to spend 500$ for a wood chest at the entry way and this piece had pretty good reviews. Took me over 2 hours to put together but I am slow and methodical. Early in the assembly process I decided to use a drop or two of superior primate glue gel to the tip of each screw (and in dowel holes) as one of the screws was spinning and didn't exactly tighten into the MDF. There were a few step where having two people would have been nice but I was able to put it together alone. There is a step where you have to lower the mostly built unit into the bottom or top piece where several screws and dowels need to line up, and also for putting on the doors an extra pair of hands would be nice. I have a step stool where the step is at the exact same height as the bottom of the two doors and I used it to rest the bottom of the door on while I attached the hardware. I thought I had the doors perfectly aligned tightening only one of the eight screws per door as a pivot while I used the step to hold the door still while I tightened the other screws trying to keep the door in place to align. I thought (and I did) have them well aligned but after a few days they look slightly off. The top seemed to be a little loose while moving the cabinet but I think one of the cams is not fully tightened, now in place this is irrelevant mostly and not perceived. It's pretty good for medium density fiberboard (MDF) furniture I think I caught it on sale for about 180$. I can't complain too much for the price. I have put a spotlight on the few problems. Seem to be just fine, any reservations I have is probably not paying more for a solid hardwood piece. Sturdy, pretty solid and very nice looking. Nathan James Enloe cabinet: B+/A- Update the top was not secure because I did not properly tighten/close the cam a flat screw driver fixed that problem easily. The door seem to be getting a little more crooked, maybe it's my imagination, and maybe I wouldn't even notice it if the issue had not been brought to my attention in previous reviews before I bought the item. However, the cabinet doors operate just fine and without any problems. Hardly noticable especially if you aren't looking for it I suppose.

Update: I had an issue that they remedied quickly months ago. Today I just received Godiva chocolates in the mail as a thanks for my patience. I cannot emphasize the HIGH CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received. Wow! I am so impressed.I just received my two Enloe storage units in the mail today as I was putting together I noticed that the back panel was put together with what looks like a black duct tape. I was shocked because these were not $50 storage units, they cost over $200 apiece and so I expect there to be more than duct tape holding them together so I reached out to customer service using the text message feature. I was helped very quickly was able to send them pictures of my issue and discuss it with them. They offered to send me a replacement.I had assumed when they said replacement they meant just a replacement panel. I found in a further issue with the front facing as I was continuing to work so I text back the same number and let them know and they said “oh you’ll be fine because we’re sending you two new units so you will receive new faces. No need to return the ones you have you can do with those whatever you please.”I was shocked to receive two full replacements!It was a great customer service experience and I would recommend these on that alone.I will update when I receive the replacements.Overall, so far I would say they assembly was able what you would expect. I think it took about 45-1 hour by myself with interruptions from family and to talk to customer service while working on it.I think the unit looks like what I expected as well. It’s slightly narrower that I expected, but I didn’t look at measurements too closely so that is my fault.
