Took this to siesta key it is amazingSturdy, does a great job of sunshieldingI use a shovel to dig deep to anchor and secure , it holds up quite well to the winds - you have to be reasonable - some of the winds are so harsh no umbrella will do - but I give this 5 starsWell worth the $$ would def buy again !

Very cute! Make sure to dig a hole and bury the base and fill the base with sand very well or it will blow away. It held up great in the wind at the beach and provided great shade for the 2 of us. I would definitely buy again.

This is a very good umbrella provides good coverage

I recently purchased this beach umbrella for my trips to the sunny beaches of Florida, and overall, I am quite pleased with its performance. The umbrella is designed to provide excellent sun protection, which is a crucial factor in this hot and sunny state.The umbrella's size is perfect, providing ample shade for me and my family. Its sturdy construction gives me confidence that it will withstand strong winds that are often present near the beach. The fabric used is of high quality, effectively blocking harmful UV rays, allowing us to enjoy the beach without worrying about sunburn.One minor issue I encountered was that one of the clamps that held the umbrella together came loose after the first use. However, I was able to resolve this by applying some glue, and it seems to be holding up well now. While this was a slight inconvenience, it didn't significantly affect my overall satisfaction with the umbrella.I appreciate that the umbrella is lightweight and easy to carry around, making it convenient for beach trips. The adjustable tilt mechanism is another great feature, allowing us to adjust the angle of the umbrella according to the sun's position throughout the day.Despite the minor clamp issue, this beach umbrella has proven to be a reliable companion for my beach adventures in Florida. Its excellent sun protection capabilities and sturdy construction make it well-suited for the harsh sunlight in this region. Works well on the beach

We have 2 of these umbrellas. The first one we ordered has worked great with no issues. We love how much cooler it is under the umbrella. The second one however will randomly angle the umbrella at the slightest breeze. It causes the umbrella to fold over at the pivot point where you push the button to angle the umbrella. The part circled in red in the photo. I contacted their customer service and they were going to send me a new umbrella after some troubleshooting didn’t fix it. Once I sent them my address and order info so that I could get the new umbrella, they ghosted me. I contacted them several times with no response and no replacement umbrella was ever sent. We will still use the umbrella that works, but I’m very hesitant to order another from them based on their customer service. 1 star given due to their lack of follow through standing by their product. Don’t put contact information on a sticker on your umbrella if you are not going to respond.

For some history, this year I decided to become a beach bum on the weekends. This is the second umbrella brand I've bought this year and didn't own any in prior years. a few months ago I bought a 6.5 foot umbrella with a sandbag. I decided to not use the sandbag and damaged the umbrella on day 1 after it flew in the wind and hit 5 or 6 people in its path. It also didn't provide a ton of shade because it was small.Luckily I found this one as it appeared to be the one with the greatest diameter (8 ft) during my extended search and also includes a sandbag. When it first came in the mail, I wasn't sure about it. Its made of lighter materials so I figured it wouldn't be effective. Luckily I gave it a chance. Its much easier to carry around and provides better sun coverage than the one I had before. No issues with the wind when using the sandbag even though I saw others struggling with their umbrellas.Now for the list of cons. None of these were really a deal breaker but may have added some expense depending on your circumstances.#1: The carry case barely fits the umbrella and the top is open. its also fairly thin. This may not be an issue if you are putting in your car and walk short distances with it. I ended up buying a heavy duty umbrella bag. I don't think the strap would last very long for me. My circumstances are different. I don't have a car so I make quite a trek to the city beaches. 20 min walk > 90 min commuter rail > 2 subway connections and another 10 min walk. I already heard the strap tear slightly before leaving the house so no way it would make this trek every weekend.#2: My prior umbrella had a much sturdier sand bag (canvas) and a metal ring at the opening where the pole goes in. This one is similar material to the umbrella. Its only a hole with stitching around it. I did have to kind of force it through twisting the pole to get it to go through. I'm worried that it will rip at some point, hopefully the stitching will last a while.#3: To get the pole in the ground you have to twist with your hands. My prior umbrella had a hole drilled through where I could stick an included metal bar to use as a handle for leverage. It may be a struggle if you have hand or wrist issues like arthritis. It was ok for me even though it added another minute to set up.All things considered, I would buy it again if I needed to.

The media could not be loaded. So this is my first time using this umbrella so down the road I don’t know how well it’ll hold up but MAN does it do awesome on a windy south Florida beach day. Also love that it blacks out the sun. Definitely buying another one of these. It’s the best beach umbrella I have ever had. Definitely recommend.
