Best smallest camera backpack out there
Wonderfully designed small camera backpack. Just what I was looking for. Something like the Brevite Jumper, but sturdier and higher quality feeling while being more slim. I was looking for the smallest camera backpack possible that would fit a laptop. Love the hinged camera compartment, very clever and unique. If you want something really small, simple, but well made, this might be perfect.

Perfect bag for my travel kit - camera, lenses, laptop, iPad, etc.
For years I traveled with a traditional camera bag, loaded to the max with gear. (A Think Tank Retrospective 10, most recently). I was used to it, but more and more my old shoulders just aren't up carrying all that weight on a single strap. So I decided to try a backpack for my most recent trip. After a false start with a couple other no-name bags, I settled on this one and am very happy I did.It comfortably holds all this stuff, with room for more:• 13-inch Macbook Pro• 11-inch iPad Pro• Sony a7r5 camera• two or three lenses (the Sony 20-70mm being the largest one I typically pack)• Osmo Mobile SE gimbal• AirPods• USB-C cables and chargers• iPhone• small water bottle• hat, gloves, passport, etc, etc.The bag is very well made, with good zippers and a well-designed and padded strap system. The lower camera compartment is easy to configure and protective.Best of all, I can carry it comfortably for a long time compared to my old bag.

Advanced III - So much potential wasted
At first glance, the Manfrotto Advanced III Active Backpack seemed like the perfect bag. I primarily use this bag when I'm out and about with my young kids, so I need 2 water bottles, snacks, camera (Leica Q + GoPro), and some misc accessories.I looked everywhere for something that will fit my needs, and this one felt like it hit all the right notes. And it does, in many ways, but where it fails it does so big time for my specific needs. Granted, I'm probably pickier than most, but just a few simple tweaks would've taken this bag to an incredible level. Perhaps the IV will do so.Here's what I didn't like-Only one side pocket is stretchy, the other is rigid and does not fit a water bottle. 2 stretchy pockets would've been perfect-Water bottle side pocket does not have a drip hole, so any liquid spilled will be trapped. Cut out a small hole-The zipper tabs for the camera compartment are cheap and start to shed. Use better materials here-The camera compartment cannot be locked or secured. I don't mean with a lock, but at the very least the ability to loop the two zippers together. C'mon, it's literally thousands of dollars worth of gear and not even the slightest thought about how to secure that pocket?-The camera compartment zippers do not flow easily, especially around the corners. They get stuck when there is gear inside the pocket-At 2.25lbs for the bag alone, that's quite heavy considering the gear adds another 3-5 lbs, plus water bottles, plus accessories. A <1.5lb bag would've helped. But I get it, premium materials and what not.-The straps are not very comfortable to me. Thin, stiff padding is OK for the first 15 minutes, but after an hour it really starts to dig inFor these reasons, I'm returning the bag and going with something else. Perhaps the Aer Pro Pack 20L (also heavy) or a North Face Recon and adding a camera padded insert.

Bag is too small for most photo gear
I found the section of the bag for thephoto gear to be much too small.
