Really liking them, but some getting used to
They are very light weight, so as per their instructions, never use high heat. That was adjustment number one. I only use, just over slightly, medium heat. Then, although they say nonstick, the first time frying eggs was disastrous. I used to use a little bit of oil. Now, you need quite a bit of oil & then it worked fine. They wash up so nice. If you are looking for cookware, without some kind of coating on them. I would highly recommend these.

Zero complaints
This is my 2nd Michelangelo pan. I was so pleased with the frying pan I purchased, I decided to add a saucepan. This pan is high quality, non stick, aesthetically pleasing and very functionable. I have found that by following the very simple instructions that this company provides, the condition of the pans stays like new.Not putting it in the dishwasher, not using high heat and not using metal utensils in it, pretty simple "rules" to follow to maintain a superb non stick pan. You can still boil water without high heat, you can fry on medium just fine.Should you feel the need to cook something on high heat, use a different pan. Simple as that. These pans are so simple to wash when the non stick surface is maintained per the instructions, you do not need to put them in the dishwasher. I literally use a sponge to clean anything I have cooked in either one. I use silicone utensils and there is not a scratch on either Michelangelo pan after a couple months now of using them. The lids are glass, making it nice to see how your food is cooking without lifting the lid.If there was anything to improve upon with this pan, and this is not a complaint. It is that the handle on the saucepan is not "grippy" (kinda rubberized, probably silicone?) like the frying pan handle. The saucepan handle is full metal. It has not been hot or anything, I just like the "grippy" handle on the frying pan better. The packaging and shipping was great. Care instructions were provided and company contact information listed, should you need it

Love this pot!
I have two 3-quart Michelangelo granite grey pots. I use them daily to cook vegetables and pasta or veggies and rice, and they have been wonderful to use. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Clean up!
Great pans! Much better than Green Pans, for the same money. Green Pans chipped around the rim severely, but Green Pans failed to back their product within the warranty period.Michealangelo pans are superior and make cleaning a breeze!!

So far so good
I really do love this pan. I’ve been using it about 2 months and I’ve seen no warp, discoloration, or flaking. You barely need to towel dry as all the water comes out. It is lightweight. I’ve been cooking with caphalon and cast iron for 25+ yrs and it has grown too heavy for me. It really is non-stick. Grits and Gravy come right off. I also have the 10” skillet and it has held up well with the same properties as this sauce pan.

Easy to use and clean!
Good quality for beginner use or gas stove. Comfortable grips althought the lid can become hot if left on for boiling. Milky, or chesesy food sudstances come off easily if needing a soak at all. The only disadvantage is not being able to see the water contrasting the interior. Would get for young cooks !!😉

Very light weight, not long lasting durability
I expected this cookware set to have some weight to it. They feel like cheap pans you can pick up at Wal-mart. The handles are thin steel rolled, they are not solid. You can see through from the end of the handle to the pan. The seams are not welded. I really wanted to love this set because of the granite look, but I can find a better more long lasting cookware set.If you are looking for a set on the cheap that will last until you can afford good pans, this might work for you. I am not positive because I didn't cook in them, but since the lid knobs are metal, they will be hot to the touch when cooking, be careful!
