Useful integrated solution that mounts raspberry pi to the back of the panel
I used this display to create myself a small Geochron Clock using a Raspberry Pi 4. One of the things I liked about this display was that the pi mounted securely to the back and included handy adapters for connecting the USB and the HDMI. Adapters are provided for both a Raspberry Pi 4 and a Raspberry Pi 3B, though in my case I only evaluated the Raspberry Pi 4 adapter. The monitor comes with a couple tiny speakers, though in my experience the audio quality was average, but not unexpected for speakers of this size. I had some difficulty clearly understanding speech from the pi over these speakers. Small plastic legs are included that will stand the monitor up at an angle, though I expect most people would want to integrate this monitor and pi into some kind of frame or case for a custom look. The touch screen was responsive and I had no issues tapping buttons in the Raspberry Pi interface to close dialog boxes and the like.I did experience a few issues setting up the raspberry pi. The manufacturer was kind enough to provide a link to the manual. In each case, the pi would boot briefly into text mode, and then as the boot process switched to graphic mode, the screen would blank with a "no video" message. There are some custom settings mentioned in the manual, and even in the product description, that are intended to remedy pi compatibility problems. I followed those instructions and edited my config.txt as directed. After further diagnosis, commenting out `dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d` in my config.txt, and then typing the command `tvservice -e "DMT 87" && tvservice -s` and then rebooting resolved my issue and it has worked fine since, through many reboot cycles. I can't say whether this command fixed my problem, or it was pure coincidence.Note that you will want to power the pi via its USB-C connector; don't try to power the pi and the monitor via the monitor's USB-C connector. My recommendation of this product is positive, if you are looking for a ten inch display with an integrated mount point and connectivity for a pi.

Not a bad display.
Not a bad DisplayI used this with my MiSTer FPGAIt handles out of spec signals rather well.Just don't give this display more than 720p resolution, 1080p and higher makes this screen bug out.Perfect for a cyber deck build as it only takes 5 volts and can run off a USB battery bank

Great Raspberry Pi Display for Dashboards/Custom Projects!
In the past, I tried out a 7 inch Raspberry Pi Touchscreen by WIMAXIT but I didn't love it due to its small size. This 10.1 inch one is definitely more usable and enjoyable for many tasks.First of all let's start off with the screen quality. The screen quality is fine, nothing special. Sadly it's not 1080p but at this screen size it's not a deal breaker, since the screen still looks clear enough. The touch seems to be nice and responsive most of the time as well. When it comes to this screen and the Raspberry Pi 4, I'd say overall it functions fine. The Raspberry Pi 4 mounts onto the back of the screen with provided screws and sits on the back nicely. The kit also comes with small micro HDMI to HDMI adapters for the Pi4 and HDMI to HDMI adapters for the Pi3. It also comes with a micro USB to USB adapter for touch and power. Sadly that adapter actually broke, but it could have totally been my own error, not WIMAXIT's. The screen still works for me, even though I broke that because longer cables are also provided with the screen. The screen just becomes a bit messier when using the cables, but it still functions fine. I did run into some errors, where Raspberry Pi OS wouldn’t show up on the screen with the provided micro HDMI to HDMI adapters, I would just get a “No Signal”. I ended up just using the provided, longer micro to HDMI cable and it worked fine. Again, it was just a bit messier but it still worked. It seems like others haven’t had that issue, so it might have been a issue specific to the screen I received.Overall, the Raspberry Pi 4 works well with this screen, but I probably wouldn't recommend this screen to those of you wanting to build a tablet. Raspberry Pi OS isn't really built for touch, so using it with this screen can be tough at times without an external mouse and keyboard. I would more recommend this screen to those of you who want to turn your Raspberry Pi 4 into a home dashboard or something alike. This screen is just the right size for a home dashboard or a custom project, and it can sit perfectly on a desk with a Raspberry Pi mounted on the back of it.

Works with PI 5
Bought it for my PI 4. I now use it for my PI 5 with the supplied connectors. I believe it took one from the PI 3 and another from the PI 4 package but it works great. Also, my PI is set up with PCIE SSD. Awesome combination.

Easy plug-in-play setup large touchscreen for Raspberry Pi projects!
I am really impressed with how easy this screen is to setup and how many features it comes with. On a fresh install of the latest version of Raspbian I was able to just plug and play it with my Raspberry Pi 3 and it worked straight out of the box. No driver updates or fiddling. Powers straight from the micro USB cable into the Pi with no extra power needed, which is impressive. Touch screen is responsive and the screen itself is bright with a nice resolution. Also comes with adapters and ways to mount Raspberry Pi to the back of it. I'm thinking of 3d printing a case for the back which should be easy enough since there are mounting screws attached on all four corners. Also includes speakers which is a nice bonus, and some hardware for a simple stand.Considering this is almost the same price as the official 7" screen from Raspberry Pi, and it's larger, higher resolution, smaller bezels, and more features, and just as easy to setup, I would recommend!
