A very good compilation of classics Arcades
A recomendable collection games for nostalgic and legendary players who enjoyed thos games in a memorable videogames moments. A always loved DarkStalkers games, all 5 games are awesome, the only negative feature Vampier Hunter 2 and Vampire Savior 2 are only japanese, then all are fine, play Red Earth in console was awesome too that game deserve a sequel. The rest of the games like Hyper Street Fighter II is a good one, you can choose variable versions of characters from distinc SFII games, Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix is very good using a chibi styled characters from Street Fighter and DarkStalkers series, only one from Red Earth who is Tessa; also the game have a funny system likes the flash combo. Cyberbots, although I don't play fighting game with mech fighters is also good and entertaining, and finally Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo is a good puzzle game where you play as chibi styled Capcom's fighters.

Flawless Execution
2D sprite fighting at its finest! The emulation is top notch with many games to chose from including a few that were not released in the states. A great jumping off point for beginners or to relive the glory days of arcade combat. My only complaint is the addition of Hyper Fighting Street Fighter II as I would have like to have seen any one of CAPCOM eclectic fighters instead of yet another Street Fighter portDarkstalkers:Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors (1994)Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge (1995)Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire (1997)Vampire Hunter 2: Darkstalkers' Revenge (1997)Vampire Savior 2: The Lord of Vampire (1997)Pocket Fighter:Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo (1996)Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix (1997)Other games:Cyberbots: Full Metal Madness (1995)Red Earth (1996)Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition (2003)

Darkstalker collection with extras?
Includes 10 fighting games (5 of which are Darkstalker games) originally released between 1994 and 2003. Will list them all at the end of the reviewDisappointed there’s a lack of Street Fighter games (especially street fighter 3). But there are 2 Darkstarker games never released outside of Japan Vampire Hunter 2: Darkstalker’s Revenge and Vampire Savior 2: The Lord of VampireThose not into fighting games, may find some of the Dark Stalker games “same-y” with a minimal roster change and updates. Vampire Savior, Vampire Hunter 2, and Vampire Savior 2 are almost the same game, like how Street Fighter II has a lot of iterationsSpeaking of Street Fighter II, the Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition that’s included you’re able play and go against any version of the same character. Example you can use Super Turbo Ken, and fight against Championship edition Ken.The included Street Fighter game difficulty mode is glitched (or intentional as part of the port) where the difficulty mode is set to high regardless if you change the difficulty options. May be off putting for some casual playersWish there was more variety in terms of franchises. The games include is worth the purchase price though if you’re a fighting game enthusiastI like the menu and UI layout. Very easy to navigate with minimal load times.Great ports; games play smoothy with no lag.A lot of added features/accessibility options making an awesome package. No rewind feature though.--Features:Quick save. Able to pause and save one game at a time.Online play with roll back netcode. No cross play with other consoles/Pc, but able to select multiple games you want to que for, and play offline modes while you wait. Barely anyone is playing, so find myself maying offline most of the timeTraining mode (no mission mode)Fighting Rewards: basically overall in-game achievements like completing arcade mode, defeating enemies with specific finishers, etc. Doesn’t unlock anything upon completionButton customization. Able to assign single press special moves to a buttonAble to switch to Japanese and English version. Two games are Japanese onlyWallpaper setup (art border on sides)Can change aspect ratio of screen, and add filtersMuseum feature with artwork, concept art, and music. All unlocked from the get-goOverall, very good collection especially for those into Darkstalkers series, or want a bit of nostalgia. A lot of included features making it more than a collection of ports--Games included are:Darkstakers: The Night Warriors (1994)Night Warriors: Darkstalker’s Revenge (1995)Cyberbots: Full Metal Madness (1995)Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo (1996)Red EAth (1996)Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire (1997)Vampire Hunter 2: Darkstalker’s Revenge (1997)Vampire Savior 2: The Lord of Vampire (1997)Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix (1997)Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition (2003)
