Got product delivery yesterday and is in good condition. Installed by professional and is working fine for now. Thing is working well as described by the seller. Good to buy if the price suites. Wiring simple and is indicated on the device.

Works perfectly well. Only size is issue as it won't fit into the original space.

Very useful for elders. No need to wake up every time to change fan speed

First week I m very happy with the product but after two weeks all the button timer , off on , speed control are not working all the time some time it work but most of the time it is not working

Its a good idea to manufacture such a product. What I didn't like is the length of the wires provided is very small. You can increase by a 3 inches. Secondly the remote seems to be flimsy. Even on day 1 it's not giving a range with new batteries.However the unit as a whole is functioning as promised and expected.Another suggestion is that the manufacturer should make it compatible to the Roma Anchor type modular design.

Only a few days of operating experience, hence cannot comment on reliability. However:1. Works fine as a replacement. Speed control is better, because of the 10 steps, instead of 5 steps for normal regulator.2. Keep in mind, this is infrared control, therefore you need direct line of sight from remote to the reguator, for proper functioning, just like your TV remote.3. The electronics inside remembers the last speed setting, and fan gets turned on accordingly, after switching on.4. Installation was a bit troublesome for me, as the panel cut out for the old regulator was about 1mm smaller on both sides. So I had to increase the plastic panel cut out size on top and side to accomodate the new regulator. This may not be necessary, if your cut out has good clearance dimension.5. Remote is a multipurpose one, so some buttons are extra and not needed for fan control. This can be confusing for some users. After using forsome time, this should not be a problem.Overall, I'm satisfied with the buy..
