Molto buono, dimensioni medio/piccole (ottimo per chi deve portarlo in giro) e funzionale. Manca uno strumento per valutare la sensibilità dolorifica (la punta, a mio avviso, non è abbastanza acuminata per poterlo fare), però onestamente non lo considero un difetto anzi: andare in giro a pungere gente con lo stesso ago non è che mi sembri proprio il massimo dell'igiene... Dopotutto, se devi fare un esame di questo genere è altamente probabile che un ago pulito ce lo dovrai pur avere no?Consegna impeccabile (in anticipo).In conclusione, sono pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto!

When I opened the box to this hammer, I thought I had been shorted because of it's compact size. The head only measures about 2 and 1/2 by 1/2 inches. But when swinging the hammer I realized that this little thing has some weight to it. It's enough to apply the standard amount of force necessary to elicit a reflex with a smooth, gentle swing. You don't need to whack the tendon or your digit to make it work. Plus, the steel handle has a roughened grip so you can easily hold it between the thumb and index finger. I like the feel much better than the flat-handled tomahawk hammers. At the tip of the handle is a semi-pointed end for sensory testing, but unlike the daggers on some hammers, it's not sharp enough to break the skin, so you can actually use it. The end screws off to reveal a small brush you can use for sensory testing also. The bristles are a little scratchy, but I'm sure they can be easily softened by rubbing the brush on something rough. You'd mostly be using a disposable cotton-tipped applicator for this task anyway. Overall, this is the perfect hammer for someone on their feet all day who could use a small, portable, yet effective hammer. I will be using this throughout my medical career.

Dieser Reflexhammer ist wirklich klasse. Für mich ist dieser Reflexhammer besser als der typische Trömner Hammer, dies ist jedoch häufig von persönlichen Vorlieben abhängig. Fragt man verschiedene Neurologen, so wird wahrscheinlich jeder seinen eigenen Lieblingshammer haben.Er ist nicht so ganz Kopflastig wie andere Hämmer und der integrierte Pinsel ist sehr praktisch. Die Verarbeitung ist super, das Design klassisch und schlicht, und es macht Spaß mit ihm zu arbeiten. Am besten probiert jeder Mal verschiedene Reflexhämmer aus um seinen Liebling zu finden, mit diesem hier kann man jedoch nichts falsch machen!
