CRAFTSMAN CMMT98334 CRFT Trim Removal KIT, Red

I needed to remove some plastic covers/trim and wiring stays on my truck F250 that are held down by plastic fasteners, the kind that break or get deformed when trying to use a screwdriver to remove them. I saw this kit and it seem to have all the tools I would need to do the job. they worked well for what I needed and will for years to come, there constructed of hard plastic and didn't bend when I was using them, they should last a long time. Even if you only need to use them once in a while, there well worth the price which wasn't that much in the first place.

So far I like everything about this, paid a little more cause it's Craftsman, but it's all top notch, and it works. So much better than the cheap kit I have used in the past.

I have used these a few times to remove interior panels in my truck. They are rigid enough to do the job while also soft enough to not scratch the plastic.

I had to return my first order as it came with two wide pull tools and no thin pull tool. The tools felt slightly dusty and it seemed to me that they may have actually been been from a used return. Another problem is that the web site shows you will get a zip up case. Both of my orders came with a good roll up case with slots for the tools to keep them well organized. So no complaint there except for the web site description. The tools themselves feel sturdy and I believe they will last a long time since they carry the Craftsman name. I own several Craftsman tools. None have ever failed me or caused me any concern about their durability.I used the clip remover tool to safely remove the center console on my Honda Accord. After watching a YouTube video, I was able to recover a dropped credit card without any damage to the card or to the console.This was much preferred over an expensive dealer visit.The kit could have used an instruction kit to explain how the other tools are best used. They have names molded onto the tool but that's not a lot of help. With instructions I would have rated this kit at five stars.

Perfect for removing trim around glass window on garage door. Was able to reuse same trim.

I was looking for a set of spudgers to repair some electronics. These may be a bit to big for that purpose. However, these are quite robust with a lifetime warranty. If you have ever struggled with the disassembly of plastics and soft finish items, I would give this set a serious look.

Much sturdier than other brands, and it comes with a rollable storage pocket. Plus, I like the Craftsmen Red color

It cost about $20 but the bottoms of these plastic tools were pretty messed up and sharp! I needed to just round them out myself otherwise I probably would have marred something. These might be okay to pick up in store but it's a bit iffy online.
