Will I wish they had better directions on how to use assembly and use, the vendor was very responsive, and we are up and running. This was a good purchase for a small business.

I use this to blend batches of emulsions. Works great for lotions in small quantities up to 100g. Does not work on creams or large quantity of product.

I waited to write this so I could give a honest review. I purchased this in December of 2024. The first time I used it I was very impressed with how it worked. The second time it started to get warm after 5 minutes on medium speed. I’m not mixing anything that has a thick viscosity, I’m mixing very thin solutions but need silica to disperse properly. So a watery viscosity. The third time I used it started to smell like it was hot. The dreaded magic smoke smell. The fourth time I used it, it ruined what I was making because it started shooting black specs down the shaft into my solution and I had to throw it away. It was completely worthless by the 4th use. It couldn’t run for more than 5 minutes. I’m highly disappointed by this purchase. My Mueller stick blender cost less than 30.00 and I have been using it for years! So to pay what I did for this to only use it 4 times is ridiculous. I do not recommend this product not even if it cost 30.00!

The media could not be loaded. I wasnt expecting much, it does work as advertised but its loud and dosent provide constant speed it tends to fluctuate.
