I love that they are made with almond flour. My body does not react badly to these bars. These banana nut bread one is my favorite bar. They are small and I have to be careful because I can find myself eating the whole pack, as I lack portion control sometimes. 😬. But they are great!

These are my favorite breakfast bars! Clean simple ingredients. Love buying them on Amazon because they are a couple bucks cheaper than the grocery store.

This cookie bar is delicious and lightweight! My only complaint is that the chocolate chips are soft and can be a little messy, but that wouldn't stop me from buying this again!

I don’t eat many snacks and was looking forward to eating the brownie. I was disappointed. It was quite dry , lacking taste and the flax seed made my stomach hurt.

These bars are delicious. I've been limiting sugar and carbs like so many, but am getting a little tired of the lack of or odd flavors. I saw this line of lower (not alternative) sugar and reasonable carbs products. I took a try on these peanut butter bars and found them to be soft-baked and delicate with plenty of flavor. I think I've found some alternatives to keto that aren't making me full of guilt and ruining my healthier goals.

My friend who is trying to give up sugar, as well as dirty foods, recommended this. It really hits the spot when you want something sweet, but natural, and not too high in sugar. Nice texture, like a soft brownie. I've subscribed to get a box regularly.
