So I buy tons of ice when party's happen. Around every month we have a get together, 15 people or so. I buy 25 dollars worth of ice. They brings tons of beer have to keep cool for days past the event. So I spend another 25 every 3 days os so to keep drinks until finally done. That's after we fill up the fridges. So I wa spending 75 to 100 on ice. This was 400$ makes ices pretty quick. I use the water bottle method. Only down side is it needs to be inside or some where cool. I have it in garage so ice doesn't last long because of the radiant heat, it stays hotter than normal so ice melts and needs to be remade. Once it melts its flushed out. It's a really convenient ice maker and saver just need some planning for my use. But noise level is like an old fridge. Makes ice every 15 or 20 minutes. In my garage using a 5gal water bottle I have to fill jug once a week to keep ice constant. Right now during texas summer we will see in fall and winter.

Machine is 5/10 everything else is not good. Within 1 year of light use, the door broke, the most crucial part of this machine. I contacted customer service seeking help, they told me I’m out of warranty, (which I knew, I was just seeking help or maybe to buy a replacement door) and told me they could not help me or don’t sell parts for the machine.So after 1 year of light use. The door broke, the little part that allows the door to slide back and forth has broken off. I was hoping to receive help. I understand I am out of warranty, but they didn’t seem to really care and sent me away. I was going to recommend this to someone who is in the market but I will tell them, look somewhere else.On top of this, the machine some times freezes up and goes unresponsive. I have to unplug and plug it back in. The ice is thicker on one side and thinner on the other. The power button is already starting to show wear and tear. Mind you, LIGHT use. Only during the weekend is this thing turned on for 1 year. And it’s already breaking down.Not worth the money. I should’ve researched more about the company and its customer service. Who wants to invest into a company, give them your hard working money for them to leave you hanging. I get it, out of warranty, there should still be some type of help.Go somewhere else.

We bought this ice maker in June 2022 and it has been turned on about 96% of the time since then. My husband needs a bag of ice to put in his cooler for work each morning. He said it had stopped working. I didn't know that he hadn't done any maintenance on it....at all. He never ran the self-clean cycle or cleaned out the reservoir. I looked in it and it was beyond disgusting. There was calcification from the hard water on everything. I cleaned it out and soaked the pump in CLR. It started right back up and is cranking out the ice again. That says a lot about what a good ice maker it is!

It certainly works as an Ice Maker and makes different size ice cubes. Works efficiently and fast .It is no where near the amount it is supposed to make, and the size of the ice container is no where near what it states, around 15 to 18 pounds yes, but nowhere near the 30 pounds hold limit.UPDATE** The seller reached out to me for the fact that I was not completely amazed with the ice maker, which makes it even more worth purchasing from them since they went out of there way, to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. So with that being said my review has increased for fast and courteous customer service. For that alone it makes it worth purchasing from them again.**Would I recommend it for ice making yes, and I'd recommend them for the great customer service experience I had with them.

We spent endless hours looking for an ice-maker, and couldn’t seem to find any which had great reviews. We selected this ice-maker, as the price was reasonable by comparison and the reviews were as good as the more expensive models. We installed in our laundry room, and started using it immediately. The ice-maker was easy to install, my husband simply added a water connection and drain to exterior of house. He also added a filter to the water connection so the cubes taste fantastic. We use a lot of ice as we have an RV & Boat, plus the icemaker in our fridge stinks. The ice-maker produces 100 lbs in 24 hours and has been running almost non-stop for 2 months. We bought a chest freezer for our garage, specifically for ice, so we now have a full chest freezer of ice at all times. Can’t say enough good things about this ice-maker.

Worked good when I set it up a few months in started throwing error codes e2 and some others. Unplug and let it thaw a bit. Makes good ice and makes it fast. I have it set up in my cool basement where it’s cool and have a good drain into my dog water bowl then the floor drain. If I could watch it more often it would probably be better but not too worried about it. Works good when it works and have to unplug for a few hours to reset sometimes. I check it four or five times a day. I think it was worth the money I spent for what I use it for. Beer and for the dogs to cool off.

The media could not be loaded. This little ice machine makes a lot of ice real quick. It’s easy to install and easy to use. I never run out of ice and if your house is the central hub for get togethers or if you have an outside bar you need this little ice machine. It looks nice and is very quiet unless it’s empty the first batches of ice are kinda loud when they fall. It works great and hold a lot of ice for your needs.
