I was once of the opinion that there was no better phone than a Samsung but recently, the cost of the phones become too much. The Google Pixel was a big step for me but the 6 pro has been perfect.The initial appeal of good price to performance has been proven especially when it comes to the camera and editing ability.After a bit of research and speaking to a friend who had a pixel phone, I found an Amazon refurbished unit at a good price, partly due to the 7 pro being released a while before.As there wasn't much difference between the specs it seemed better to go with the 6 pro.The charging ability is slower than my old phone but the wireless charging is good, although a little slower than plugged straight in.The battery on the 6 Pro is big at ~5000mAh, but it has quite a high drain so it will still need a charge by the evening if you're a heavy user.There's no face unlock but the finger print sensor is fairly accurate.It's on the front screen on the pixel and can be seen while using the the phone but it's not so intrusive it's a problem.Overall, I'm really happy having moved over to Google.You get access to lots of Google features, the camera is fantastic, the screen is bright and the colours are deep.This has been a welcome upgrade from my previous device and has been an eye opener about how we can get locked into one brand and shouldn't be afraid of looking around.It's been so good, I've recently upgraded to the 8 pro.

Broke within a fortnight, big issues with the device. Sent back for a refund because it was completely kaput (just suddenly died). Charger and cable included were faulty from the start. Terrible communication from seller, got out of office replies even within their stated office hours, took several days just to even get a returns label, and when I received my refund it was for substantially less than I paid. Feels more like a scam than a transaction - sell you a dud phone, refund you but keep a bit of the money aside. Rinse and repeat.

For the price it was a proper bargain. Father in law needed a new phone pronto and this was just the job and well within budget. The 6pro still stands up to the latest phones.

I bought this for my child he has had no issues with the phone, it was in perfect condition when we received it he loves the colour . It charges very well and stays charged for a long period of time, he is able to use it for all things talking to friends and family all of the apps he wants on there. We have had it a while now with no issues.The only thing this phone does not do is earphones cannot be plugged into it they have to have wireless ones.

The phone itself initially was great.After a while it developed a fault with the charging port. I explained the scenario and at first all seemed great, the seller offers either a refund or replacement phone. However this is when things went a little downhill. I requested a replacement and the seller had returned me the same phone saying there was some dirt in the charging port. This wouldn't be so bad, but the process for returning the phone took about 1 month or more and the responses to their support team were mostly generic and not considering the exact situation of this case.I am now returning the phone again for a full refund, which I expect they will give me, although it is yet to be decided. But again, the phone was collected from my house 10 days ago and I have received no message from the seller for an update and I need to chase them again.With just a little more urgency and customised support for my exact scenario I think this could be resolved as the fact they will replace or refund you is a great policy.

The media could not be loaded. Too good to be called renewed! It’s a new phone!! I love iiit!!! I have not started to use it but just opening the box i was surprised
