I’ve had cmc arthroplasty on my right hand and now the left hand is going down the same path. I have had more braces than I can count and this one is by far the most comfortable, best fitting, and least cumbersome and restrictive of all of them. My hand surgeon even agreed it was a good design and good fit, with sufficient support. I have small hands but big knuckles and the extra small fits fabulously and doesn’t cause pinching or discomfort even without the liner. I wear it 24/7 and have no complaints. I don’t write reviews but had to write this one as I am surprised and incredibly pleased by how comfortable this brace is. I often forget I have it on. I can even wear my weightlifting gloves over it without any problem.

Just got this thumb brace today and I think I'm going to be really happy with it. It fits well, having several ways to adjust it. I can use the computer and do other things while I have it on. It totally supports my thumb without having something coming up onto my wrist. I can recommend it if you need to support Your CMC joint and relieve pain.

I wear them whenever driving an hour or more. They help with thumb pain due to arthritis but they do not cure anything.

I have CMC in my thumb and when researching saw same design 3 times the price of this one. Get this one is worthy. I have been using it over a week and doesnt bother my hand and I can type not like other braces. My thumb has feeling good since I used this device.

It seems to be helpful. I was told to buy another which is over $105.00 so I tried this one first. Not sure I can play tennis using it. I was hopeful that I'd have some greater use of my hand since I've had several CMC surgiers, and a thumb implant. Still in extreme pain.

I got a medium. It is my size. This item is not comfortable. I tried everything and still kind of digs in to my hand. I adjusted the straps and still the same I trimmed it down as directed and still no change. I just do not wear it. Be careful when ordering this.

If you plan to wear this for any length of time, you will have to use the supplied sleeve. The rubber material rubs inside the webbing of the forefinger and thumb and will cause a blister. Considering that, the manufacturer should supply multiple sets of the sleeve instead of an alternate color strap.

I’ve been wearing this about 1 week now. It does help with the level of pain so far. Hoping I get to the ‘no pain’ level. I think it keeps me from over using my thumb which lowers my pain.
