Q: How long do the batteries last?

The battery longevity depends on the type of battery you are using and also how often the lock is being used. For example, the longevity would vary greatly from a home where it gets used 3-5 times daily versus an office with many people coming in and out 20-30 times daily. In terms of type, we recommend staying away from rechargeable and batteries purchased from discount stores as they are not reliable and cheap quality. Hope that helps.

Q: What is rfid frequency for this item?

That information was not in any of the packaging when I installed the lock. I don't remember it saying that it was rfid protected either. Nice lock though, works well.

I dont know, I returned the item the key got stuck in the lock I couldn't program the lock, I dont recommend to buy it.

To be honest i do not know but it is a wonderful lock
