◆ No installation manual provided.◆ Washers provided with bolts are small and got bent.◆ Base holes are not matching with holes of seat.◆ Mesh of back support got loose after fitting.◆ Wheels can not be adjusted in case of uneven floor.Chair is good otherwise for the price IF ABOVE DEFECTS ARE NOT THERE.

Back rest thread
The main problem is, the backrest screw thread. It’s Hopeless. And the thread is made of plastic not metal. When I tried to tight, it broke. Now I had to tight using paper as thread lol. Be careful when you tight the back rest part, don’t tight too hard. The chair is big enough for me to sit comfortably and my weight is 86kg. If you want to buy, I would recommend, go for other brand or company like cellbell and go for around atleast 3.7k-4k price range.
