Rockler Rocks! These work perfectly for both 1/4 inch and 1/2 in shank router bits.. Use a 5/8 forstner bit and set your depth to 3/4 of an inch!

Holds bits just rite. Not too loose and not too tite. The plastic one's in a case you buy are too tight. Wind up using a pliers to get them out.

Pricey, but we'll made and fits my bit nice. I made a draw insert using melamine sheet and these inserts. I ordered more!

These router bit holders are worth the money. Easy to assemble in your own wood and holds both 1/2 and 1/4 shank.

What am I missing? The inserts are far too loose in a 5/8" hole and will not stay in place at. The bit fits in the insert far more snug than the insert fits in the wood, so it's pointless.
