Amazing!
Written well ... easy to read ... most of it felt like it was written for my brain and I could completely relate. Other parts, I didn't relate to but that's the way ADHD works so it was fine for me and just increased my awareness. Reassured me about all those things I've been told are a little odd but work for me. I would recommend for an insight into the complications of motivation and ADHD - whether for yourself or a family member to help their understanding of you.

Great source of info about adhd
I have adhd and this book was extremely enlightening. Was well written and structured with fantastic information. Highly recommend for people with adhd, or if you know with it.

Great book
Great book, explains adhd in a way I hadn’t heard before really encouraging to know I wasn’t the only one and showing adhd through different stages of life whilst lightly touching on scripture too. Which was so encouraging to help me in my walk with Jesus and understanding being different too. Definitely a good read even if you don’t have adhd to understand those you love better and empathise with them

Amazing. Only but....glasses needed.
Amazing book. 5star content-wise.Sadly, the font size is very small and doesn't aid reading and comprehending. The font style is food though.

Hard to follow in places, but useful and worthwhile
This book was full of great ideas, but went deep into metaphor at times which, for a book that claims to be aimed at a neurodiverse audience, could really alienate those of us who need things to be a bit more literal - or at least have examples.Another reviewer complained about the religious references. I didn't find there to be too many, and nothing required religious belief from the reader - it was more just mentioned in passing - but if you prefer your books to be totally secular then this doesn't *quite* make it.So, apart from the bit where I got lost in the house and the yard (garden) I found it a very useful and worthwhile book. I don't even know if I've got ADHD or not, but a lot of it did resonate with me, so I'll take good advice where I find it, thanks.

Tried the Audible Sample.. Might order the Book.
The narrator's (to my highly sensitive sound perception & senses) formulaic way of delivery puts me right off. To o my ears the monotonous 'up-down-up-down-up-down/never too low, never too high' tone sounds just wrong/fake. Professional, yes. Captivating or at least supporting the actual content? Not at all I'm afraid. All I can concentrate on is the repetitive nature and overly polished/clean post-production, reminiscent of auto-tune, not the actual content.Had to stop and will try a reading sample.
