This product is good for the price. It's a bit noisy while I'm use but it's a bit of fun along with getting some excercise.

It is easy to use and works. Good price. Legs and arms together!
Been using this little twister a few days now. Got the hang of it. Trying to do light, effective exercises without harming my knees. Making a difference I think. Legs are feeling a bit stronger.

Great for Twisting
Had these quite a while now and wanted to put it through its paces and see how sturdy it was. I have used it 2 to 3 times a day for months now and it is still as good as new.

Cheap and cheerful, not designed for heavy usage, concept is a good idea, but poorly made, and couldn't handle everyday use, you might be able to find how to use it better it's cheap enough to try, but don't expect anything to exciting or great results, one has to try these different things until one suits your routine, I couldn't recommend and I wouldn't buy again, I'll give it 2 Stars for effort

Very disappointed with the product. There was no instructions. Brand name was not on the packaging. Box had been opened before and very worn.
