Excellent. Very sharp tip. Makes a very good painless lance.

Bought this as I had a lump under the skin that remained despite exfoliation and other treatments.I used this lance so that I could extract it. Really good, far better than a sewing needle or something. Barely felt anything and due to the sharpness and small incision, it healed up no fuss and I have no scaring.Nice quality packaging too, so you can store it for future use. Good value product.

There's not much too it but the metal is light and with a sharp point, so it does exactly what its meant to. No complaints.

Nothing special about this tool or similar, used to pop those zits and blackheads. Rather than squeezing with fingers or nails (resulting in less redness or infection later)

Works better if you push it up underneath spots, rather than dragging it down from above. Be careful not to overdo it or you can damage your skin.
