Q: I am 6’ 4” and 248 lbs will this fit me? I am more concerned about the length of the bands if they will fit my arms and legs

I think it will fit but the band maybe too light for you.

I would buy a different product, these will continuously break

If you’re training lightly no, if you train with power then unfortunately yes.

Q: how long is the band?

Precisely I’m not sure however my husband is 6 ft tall and they were adequately long enough for him to train. The down side is, you can’t train hard with these bands, light training is advised or they will break within a week.
