I have been using it to stream on twitch with my PS4 and it is working great. The sound quality is good and my PlayStation recognized it as soon as I plugged it in. It’s an awesome little USB mic for a good price!

No, because if using it on Windows or Mac, driver of the mic install automatically. But if the installation process doesn't go on successfully or completely fails, no worry, just email us on Amazon (go to "Fifine shop storefront" and click "Ask a Question"). We will manage to help out quickly.

Q: Is this product compatible with Windows 10?

It does work with Windows 10 as well as MacOS, but the pickup is kinda low. I had to spend a little more for the Sansom C01U Pro. Greater pickup plus a headphone jack for realtime monitoring.
