PATIENCE FRUIT & COOrganic Dried Wild Blueberries, 3 OZUSDA Organic

This isn't the dried version of the large, plump blueberries you'd buy in the grocery. These are the tiny, wild variety you used to search for in the fields. Unfortunately, the drying process seems to take a lot of the flavor out. We soaked them for 5 minutes and they plumped up but I really couldn't taste blueberry in the blueberry muffins. Will keep trying them in different dishes and see what doesn't wipe them out. But I'm still pleased because I used to waste so much from a can of wild blueberries when I wouldn't finish the can with a single dish. Now, at least, I feel I'm getting my money's worth.

Not what I was expecting, I thought they were freeze dried. But still work well.

I was a bit sad. I thought I was buying some dried berries. They weren't. It was moist, yet slightly crunchy. I don't know, it was a texture, I was not enjoying. I did not keep them, but maybe these would work in smoothies, oatmeal, or muffins? Maybe.
