This Computer is Worth it.
This computer has helped me start my YouTube channel. This is also my first gaming pc, which is a steal for the high quality specs.I'm running with gear made two years ago for a cheaper price, and typically pre-builds are more expensive than individual parts. When you do the research on the individual parts, you'll see how this is a good computer for a great price!

Nice machine!
I really like it! Fast, compact, and does the job. Comes with mouse and keyboard that light up and rotate colors. My only issue is that the fans seem too loud. I downloaded a decibel meter on my phone and it averages around 60 dbs. Feels like I'm in a server room. Although there are no current issues I worry that it may overheat or fail later. I'm considering returning it....

Good starter gaming pc
My son's first gaming computer, pretty good for the price and arrive SUPER FAST! Probably will upgrade some parts later on but he's playing his favorite games on medium-high settings

Customer service redemption?
After a month or so I was finally able to talk to someone at customer service. After some trouble shooting we found out the hard drive went bad. They promised to send a new one once they received the old one (@their expense). This took 2 months because of some error on their end. When I called again, they shipped out a new one with more memory. That arrived in a week. Overall, I think my bad experience may have been a fluke. I would give them a second chance.I purchased this in July for my son. At the end of August it quit booting up. He is unable to open windows. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times. Every time, there are at least 7-20 callers ahead of me. I left a voicemail and have never received a call back. I also sent a message through their customer service and still have heard nothing. The computer has not worked for 3 weeks now. I will probably have to take it to a local repair place to get something done.

Powerful lil machine
Very easy to set up I like the fact it has a glass window no more guessing if the fans are working or need cleaning. No more having to take half the case off to get to the inside . I am very happy with this .

Came disconnected. Horrible WiFi
After setting this all up I find it won't turn on. Luckily my brother builds PCs so I video chatted with him about it. Come to find out the actual power connection was disconnected from the motherboard. Had to completely remove the GPU and use trial and error to figure out where it goes because the insides are not properly labeled. Also it looks like whoever built this decided to use HOT GLUE on a few of the cords to keep them from being removed. Not good. After finally getting it to work I find that the Wifi is only barely connecting. 1 bar that would keep disconnecting/reconnecting and my router is only about 10 feet away. I ended up having to use my own wifi adapter from my old computer, and now I have full bars. Now I haven't done much on the new computer yet, so i can't tell you how it works once all those issues are solved, but sending someone a PC that isn't properly connected (and most people wouldn't know how to fix) seems like a big deal to me.*************After actually using the computer for a few months it works well. A few random freezes while gaming, but mostly all good. I'm not going to increase my 1 star rating because sending someone a computer that literally will not turn on because it was put together faulty is just not worth more than 1 star.

Imo, great computer for beginner stages.
I really do like this computer. I plan on making upgrades in the future, but for now it holds up pretty good. Haven't had any problems so far.

Blazing fast
Needed a sort of affordable gaming console. Took a chance (I didn't know squat about gaming coms) and got lucky. Good price. Blazing fast.
