I received the damaged product again. The quality of the remote is so cheap that it will break anytime.I ordered 1 and got a damaged item. I returned the damaged one and they sent me another damaged remote. They don't even check before shipping the item.Waste of Money and Time

Bad experience
The remote does not work and trying to return the product but not accept. Very much disappointed and lost my money on this. It takes only to the trouble shooting. After doing troubleshooting only I wanted to return the product as it was not working even after troubleshooting.

Life Saver
I am using the VU television, and I bought it in 2015. Never experienced any problem in the TV, but my kid broke the TV remote and now I was helpless because on TV there is only one button to power off and to change the input source. Bit then this remote saved my life daily hustle with TV, as it is working perfectly with my TV. Go get it if you are looking for VU remote controller.
