Hello and thanks for your question. The Brannock device which measures CM is the Centimeter Adult (or Junior) version, which is here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000X1DKDA. The Combination Brannock shows mens and womens US sizes (vs CM) and is also very helpful, depending on which measurement you would like to read.
