This worked when nothing else would
We have an older flat screen TV and we were wanting to connect to an older DVD/home theater system. The TV had the 3.5mm jack (I had never seen this before) and the home theater had the RCA jacks. This cable took care of the connection when nothing else would work. I'm glad this worked out.

Good quality cable.
Seems to be very decent quality. The only reason I didn't give it more stars is that the stereo plug end is a bit thin and difficult to fully seat into the computer's output jack. Other than that, it works fine, and does the job I need it to do.

Pops does not hear well, and his TV only has the rca ports so to keep it quiet, i pllug this into the back and he hears great with no volume on the front
