These are great

I ordered 10” lid and lost money as the pan not 10” but is bigger size. Just take in to consideration. The positive elements are: non steak food coating and quick heating-up.

I am amazed how much easier it is to cook with this pan. I had one of these three years ago, but it started getting scratched up so this time I’m not allowing anything but rubber or wood utensils. I am also not allowing them to be washed in the dishwasher. The cleanup on these is so easy it’s ridiculous. Nothing sticks to the pan. Follow the directions and use low heat and your food will cook so much better. I’m also not using cooking spice with this pan. I made chicken fried steak the other night and the crust was a perfect light brown. It was delicious.

Cooks evenly. Love the grill lines. Food is perfectly cooked and tender. Food doesn’t stick and cleans up like new.

I’ve had my Greenpan 1-2qt pots for a few years now. I’m really surprised I haven’t written a review.Every sauce I’ve made just pours out without sticking and cleans up with minimal effort. To be honest I’ve never needed to put them in the dishwasher as they clean up so easy.Now here’s where I’d give it a 6th star. I’ve made the mistake of leaving it on the electric stove on high, and the water boiled out dry. It was caked with the minerals from my hard water tap.I’ve done this before with a cheap non stick and it was destroyed. Not this Greenpan. I killed the heat and let it cool down slowly. Then with a paper towel, cleaned up the pot like nothing had happened. I’ve checked the pot for defects, cracks in the ceramic.. nothing. Amazing.

I love this little pan. I’ve had it for a couple of months now my whole family uses it over and over again we wash it repeatedly. It’s super easy to clean. It heats very evenly. Makes a great omelette.

Very sturdy and has been a lot of meals. Great for stir fry. Would be better if came with lid, odd size haven't found a good fit for a lid as of yet. Handle cool to touch. Very easy to clean light weight.
