Wow, what an upgrade over our 20 year old toilet. I must be a full on adult to get this excited about a new toilet that no longer is being clogged by the 4 kids in the house. Very happy with this toilet

I've heard about these toilets and finally got two for the house and I am more than satisfied. Legendary flush patent with water conserving option of all sorts. Will buy again if I need to replace or upgrade.

Do not waste your time. This toilet fails to remove “waste” from your home. Plugged it week 2 and the shape of the bowl makes plunging it difficult. Unacceptable.

This toilet is exactly the size and height (standard, not chair) I was looking for, and I like how this tank is a bit wider than other Toto Drake models (19 inches vs 17 inches). I also wanted the 1.28GPF versus the 1.6. The flush handle faces down versus other models where it is horizontal. I think it was designed that way for the dual flush models which don’t seem to exist anymore: This one is single flush. I am still waiting to have it installed. I wanted to comment that it got severely damaged in transit and it was very difficult to work with Amazon to get a resolution-I wasted an entire day on the phone with them. UPS also left behind a mess of broken porcelain shards, and Amazon said that I had to duke it out with UPS who did nothing about it. I won’t order another toilet in this manner.

I replaced an ancient 3+ gallon flush toilet with this one. The old one had a very weak flush and often took several of those 3+ gallon flushes to get the job done. This one uses barely any water, is quiet, and works with just one flush.A word about shipping. I was worried about how this heavy fragile item would arrive. It was well packed, handled with care, and arrived on time in perfect condition. UPS is the best!

Excellent product. The tornado flush is superior than entry level toilets. This was shipped via UPS. First attempt ended up with a poorly packaged toilet damaged in transit. Second try was fine.

Tank arrived with a hairline crack invisible to eye. Only after installation did beads of water leak overnight and cause pool on the floor.

The 1.28 Cotton White TOTO Tornado Drake came in two oversized boxes that had tons of packing and the two boxes with the tank and the toilet arrived undamaged and in great shape.The delivery was fast and there was no issues with shipping with Amazon through UPS.I'm looking forward to installing this bad boy.
