These work very well. Definitely can tell the difference. The cost is great for such a great product.2 gummies once a day is a great benefit too!

The product definitely gives you a little zip and does distract your stomach from wanting food for a bit. Two chews seemed to be the suggested serving. They tasted like any other gummy. I do wish they used stevia instead of sucralose as sweetener, or just didn't put anything additional sweetener in there since you're not really eating these for a candy fix. Mmmm...candy.

I drink a lot of coffee throughout the day. I don't know that these will do anything for you that 3 cups of black coffee aren't already. I can't say that I noticed any appreciable affect given my resting caffeine state. If you don't take a lot of caffeine already, you might see some reaction. Outside of that, the taste of these is already, they are more on the dense-moist chew side of gummies closer to a Swedish fish as opposed to a gummie bear if you know what I mean. There is a strong artificial sweetener aftertaste to these that may or may not bother you. Overall I enjoy gummy suppliments as a fun way to take my vitamins and other things, but these started to feel like a chore about halfway through, especially when they started to stick to the bottom. No real issues here, just not for me given my body's lack of response.

These gummies did not work AT ALL — complete waste of money. I followed the instructions exactly, but saw zero results. Very disappointed!!!

This is a great form factor to consume thermogenics. Gets me up in the morning without a powder or a bunch of pills. Will continue to get this.
