It's poor quality. It's not a GI Joe Classified figure. It's like a walmart figure.
My son immediately said "Wait.. this isn't GI Joe. What don't her arms move right?" It's cheap. You get what you pay for. GI Joe Classified is about to come out with a Scarlett that looks just like the one in the cartoon. Wait for that one and pay a little extra to have something amazing. This is just bleh
