Do not use anything else with Ubiquity
Don't cheap out, use this. Works perfectly

Used to connect my Ubiquiti UDM SE with my Ubiquiti Standard 24 Switch
This SFP+ patch cable worked perfectly to connect my UDM SE to my Standard 24 switch. As others have pointed out, you must configure the Port on the UDM SE to 1Gb, then it works perfectly. (I couldn't get it to work on auto-negotiate).

Worked right out of the package...
Used to connect a UDM pro and a US-16-150W. Connected to the switch first which has a iGb SFP jack and then to the 10Gb SFP+ jack on the UDM Pro. No modification to port settings needed. The UDM Pro auto negotiated the link speed.

Works Well
These work well. I have seen feedback that they don't work with the UDM-Pro and other Ubiquiti Switches. UDM-Pro's ports (SFP10 default is inbound WAN) and 11 SFP is not mapped. Both can be remapped in the UDM-Pro to accept this for LAN. So to say they don't work is not accurate, they just were not configured correctly.I currently have WAN inbound on Port 9, Backup ISP on Port 10 (with SFP to RJ45), and Port 11 (mapped to LAN to connect to an Ui 16 Port POE Switch via SFP+ Port 17

UDM-SE+ USW 24 PoE
A little overkill for just the UDM-SE connecting to the USW 24 PoE switch? Sure. But cleans up the port connections nicely. However, you have to remember to configure the SFP+ port's link speed to GbE FDX, otherwise it won't work (since the USW 24 PoE switch only supports GbE speeds).

Connect and go
Quite a solid cable and easy connect and release.

Works with ALL Unifi Products with SFP Ports ***SFP Port Configuration May Be Required***
One review states that this DAC cable does not work with the US-24-250W Switch (US 24 PoE 250W) and UDM-pro, but it DOES. You MUST manually set the UDM-Pro SFP port to "1Gbps FDX". The US-25-250W only supports 1Gbps connections on the SFPs, so if you do not manually set it, then it will not work; Auto-Negotiate does NOT work for this as of Unifi OS v3.1.15 (current as of this post). This is my 2nd DAC Cable which I am purchasing to set up Link Aggregation between my UDM-Pro & US-24-250W for increased bandwidth (not the same as speed).

Doesn't work to connect ubiquiti switch (US 24 PoE 250W) and UDM-pro
Likely a mismatch of port speeds, etc. but you'd think that 2 ubiquitin devices, each with SFP ports would work together.
